The Lead Counsel – Appellate and Strategic Commercial Litigation role is critical for developing and driving a consistent strategy across the litigation portfolio, as well as strategizing potential affirmative litigation on behalf of the company. You will also collaborate with the commercial litigation team to develop strategy on complex issues. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate legal and business risk, providing legal advice and counsel. You will also retain, manage, and collaborate closely with outside counsel to drive case strategy, review and edit court submissions, and manage legal spend.
