Responsibilities: 1) Advise on legal and regulatory requirements applicable to auditors of public and private companies, including PCAOB and SEC requirements; 2) Provide legal counsel to the Audit and Advisory Practices and their respective Risk Management groups to resolve potential client disputes, in+D25cluding investigating the facts, developing negotiation strategies and tactics as well as client messaging, addressing conflict of interest concerns and negotiating and drafting settlement documentation; 3) Give counsel to leadership and personnel of the Audit and Advisory Practices and their respective Risk Management groups with respect to Firm strategic initiatives, including development of new services, new staffing models and new business processes
