We're looking for a products counseling attorney to support some of AWS’s most innovative computing tools and services. In this role, you will work directly with the business team as lead counsel to develop new products and services, with duties including: identifying legal risks and proposing mitigation strategies; advising on regulatory and compliance matters, privacy, intellectual property, and go-to-market strategy; drafting and negotiating commercial licensing agreements; and providing day-to-day input on business strategy. Your role will give you the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders, including privacy, public relations, and public policy teams.
