As an Attorney for the Litigation and Product Liability group at John Deere World Headquarters located in Moline, IL, you will be responsible for the following: 1) Defending product liability or contract litigation brought against the Company; 2) Providing advice, counsel and training to product safety and engineering teams; 3) Providing legal advice and counsel related to eDiscovery (including data identification, preservation, collection and review) and evidence preservation; 4) Managing eDiscovery workflows, including managing large data review projects
