As an Attorney for the Litigation & Product Liability Group at John Deere World Headquarters located in Moline, IL, you will be responsible for the following: 1) Providing legal advice and counsel related to eDiscovery (including data identification, preservation, collection and review) and evidence preservation; 2) Managing eDiscovery workflows, including managing large data review projects; 3) Providing legal advice on discovery, data management, and cross-border data transfers in litigation; 4) Defending product liability or contract litigation brought against the Company
