As an Attorney for the Litigation and Product Liability group of GLSGRA located at Deere & Company World Headquarters in Moline, Illinois you will have the following responsibilities: 1) Provide legal support to the Product Liability Litigation and Toxic Tort Group on product liability related counseling, claims and lawsuits; 2) Provide research, legal and/or recommendations, and alternatives for the more complex legal questions and issues in support of defending Deere in product liability and toxic tort claims and lawsuits; 3) Review legal documents for compliance with applicable laws 4) Stay current on emerging trends in the law through continuing legal education, reading, professional conferences, and participating in professional associations
