Clark Hill PLC is seeking a construction attorney with at least 6 years of construction litigation experience for its construction practice group in our Austin, Beaumont, Collin County, Dallas, Houston, or San Antonio offices. All candidates must have the following experience: trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience; strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills. Successful candidates must have excellent analytical skills and be detail-oriented, highly organized, and must possess a solid work ethic. Experience with insurance defense processes is considered a plus.
