What you’ll do: 1) Draft, review and negotiate a variety of advertising-related and commercial agreements, such as MSAs, data and other privacy terms, and other agreements with advertisers, ad agencies, partners, vendors and suppliers; 2) Provide strategic advice and support for our Sales, Revenue, Finance, and Customer Ops teams across US and international markets; 3) Provide cross-functional leaders with pragmatic and strategic advice to minimize legal risks while advancing business goals and initiatives.
