The Global Competition Team advises the company on competition and antitrust matters around the world, in the 70+ countries where Uber operates. This includes counseling on mergers & acquisitions, strategic investments, commercial partnerships, product development, and ordinary course business strategies. The team also oversees antitrust compliance, litigation, responses to government inquiries, and general antitrust advocacy matters.
