Responsibilities will include: 1) Preparing and reviewing ESG-related disclosure for Verizon’s SEC filings, including Annual and Quarterly Reports on Forms 10-K and 10-Q, Current Reports on Form 8-K, Proxy Statement and others and ensuring compliance with SEC rules and regulations and NYSE and Nasdaq listing standards; 2) Managing Verizon’s compliance with existing and emerging domestic and global ESG-related regulatory frameworks (e.g., CSRD, ISSB, and UK TCFD) and preparing related disclosures
