Counsel, Last Mile Delivery is a critical role supporting the legal and regulatory needs of the Walmart Spark Driver platform. You will be part of the legal team in their support of this growing strategic initiative by managing a docket of pre-litigation claims and providing legal advice to the last mile delivery team. As counsel, you will manage assigned claims through the pre-litigation dispute resolution process, including advising business and legal leadership about legal rights and obligations and identifying risks for remediation. You will manage and collaborate closely with outside counsel to drive case strategy and manage legal spend.
