This position supports the Group Vice President, Legal, Employment in providing legal advice, for domestic and/or international operating units, in a manner that minimizes potential legal liability resulting from employment decisions, while still permitting operational business goals to be achieved with minimum disruption. Functions as a partner with stakeholders from People & Culture, Legal Affairs, Compliance, Communications, among others, to resolve claims and litigation matters, oversee internal investigations, and develop, implement and interpret company policies, procedures and programs in accordance with applicable laws. Must be able to work from the company’s Burbank-based offices in accordance with company policy.
