Key Responsibilities: 1) Draft, review, and negotiate term sheets and agreements with consumer electronics manufacturers and telecommunications providers to make access to Netflix easily available to their customers; 2) Provide business-oriented, practical, and actionable advice to the UCAN Partnerships team to support product innovation and commercial goals with partners; 3) Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development, product, finance, operations and public policy, to support Netflix’s strategic initiatives in the partnerships space.
