This position will report to the VP Deputy General Counsel responsible for state and local regulatory and policy matters, and will specifically join Verizon’s legal team that handles those responsibilities. The candidate will become a member of our state regulatory legal team handling various legal proceedings involving regulatory agencies. The candidate must have sound business judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and crisp legal judgment. The ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment is critical, as is the ability to develop key relationships and maintain a visible presence with regulatory officials.
