Verizon is looking for an experienced attorney to join the Mergers & Acquisitions and strategic transactions group. Responsibilities will include: 1) Assisting with M&A, spectrum purchase and swaps, joint venture, venture capital and other strategic transactions on behalf of Verizon; 2) Working closely with internal clients in the corporate and business development teams and business units to achieve their objectives; 3) Coordinating and working closely with other subject matter experts in the legal and other departments in Verizon.
