We are seeking an experienced employment attorney to provide expert legal counsel and support to a global financial services company. The role involves advising People Business Partners and senior leaders on employment-related legal issues, managing litigation and discrimination claims, and developing best-in-class programs and policies to mitigate risks. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of federal, state, and city employment laws, strong litigation and negotiation skills, and experience with M&A employment matters, restrictive covenants, and drafting employment and separation agreements. Exceptional legal judgment, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, matrixed environment are essential.
