The U.S. Consumer Services team of the General Counsel’s Organization (GCO) is seeking a Director & Counsel to support Travel & Lifestyle Services (TLS). Travel is one of American Express’ most important strategic assets and the TLS team is focused on strategic partnerships and new technology. This position will work closely with business clients, legal professionals in the GCO, as well as stakeholders across the enterprise, to negotiate major strategic agreements for TLS (including travel supplier deals, technology partnerships, and inventory distribution agreements) and provide day-to-day legal advice on a diverse array of issues related to such transactions.
