Role & Responsibilities: 1) Managing a dynamic portfolio of individual consumer and commercial litigation (and pre-litigation disputes) handled internally by the Center for Cardmember and Merchant Litigation to achieve Company’s risk and mitigation goals; 2) Managing, developing, and implementing specific litigation strategies for internal litigation portfolio including: analysis of disputes, early case assessments, negotiation and development of appropriate case resolutions; 3) Lead and mentor diverse and talented team of attorneys and paralegals to accomplish Company’s risk and mitigation goals and to create growth and learning opportunities for team members
