The Advertising, Marketing & Customer Experience Team of the General Counsel’s Organization at American Express is seeking a Director & Counsel to provide legal and strategic support for various transformative servicing and marketing initiatives, products and services. The Director & Counsel will support the development and execution of the Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy within the Global Services Group (GSG), and GSG’s focus on transforming both colleague and customer experiences through innovative solutions. Additionally, this role will focus on supporting the development and launch of novel marketing products and strategies within the US Consumer Marketing team (USCM). This position will report to a Senior Counsel.
