We are seeking an associate with 3-6 years of experience to support Fredrikson’s growing environmental practice on a wide range of environmental regulatory compliance, enforcement and litigation, brownfield redevelopment, and real property and M&A transactional matters. The ideal candidate will have significant experience advising on matters involving federal environmental laws as well as experience or strong interest in matters involving Minnesota or Wisconsin environmental regulatory programs. Given the makeup of Fredrikson’s environmental group and Fredrikson’s client base, substantive experience in both environmental regulatory compliance and transactional matters is a plus.
