Amentum is looking for a General Counsel and Secretary to serve as a senior legal advisor in support of the Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant Decontamination and Decommissioning project in Piketon, Ohio, performed by Amentum led Southern Ohio Cleanup Company LLC.

As the General Counsel and Secretary, you will provide legal advice and counsel on all matters affecting the contract, lead and manage the legal function, and oversee external legal resources. You will also provide legal advice and perspective to the Board of Managers.
