Buchanan currently has an available position at our Philadelphia Office for a mid/senior level attorney who has 5-8 years’ experience practicing Labor & Employment law. Experience handling class and collective actions and wage & hour matters required. Interested candidates must be seasoned attorneys who can take on significant responsibility handling employment litigation, administrative matters, and client counseling across a range of employment areas, including without limitation, ADA, ADEA, Title VII and Title IX. Traditional labor experience would be helpful but not required.
