The Lead Counsel I role for Legal Investigations will primarily be responsible for leading the most complex and significant internal investigations resulting from allegations of potential violations of the Company’s standards of conduct worldwide as well as government requests/inquiries. The Lead Counsel will direct investigative teams of attorneys (Senior Counsel and outside counsel) and investigators on matters and provide training and guidance on best practices. The Lead Counsel will also be assigned to case manage the most significant legal investigations.  The position will lead briefings of senior executives and provide guidance and support on accountability and remediation.
