What you'll do: 1) Deliver investigative excellence directing legally privileged matters, through the timely, objective, thorough and independent investigation of some of the most significant allegations of wrongdoing globally for the Company; 2) Collaborate with clients to develop mitigation strategies; 3) Collaborate with officer-level clients on significant risks: seeking authority and obtaining informed consent to proceed with legal matters while reviewing legal documents, notices, and announcements and representing the company before courts of law, legislative bodies, governmental agencies, and other tribunals
