The Legal Counsel – Privacy position will fill a critical legal need for the company by providing strategic legal counsel to internal business partners with respect to Federal and state healthcare and privacy regulations and laws. You will proactively advise business partners on a wide variety of legal matters related to health care delivery, pharmacy and pharma services, data analytics, health insights, and other health services solutions. In this role, you will identify business and legal risks and work with the business to provide solutions which balance legal compliance and business objectives.
