The position will be focused on managing and resolving third-party claims related to all Apple Media Services, including: App Store, Apple Music, iTunes, Apple Podcasts, Apple Books, Apple TV and TV+. Responsibilities Include: 1) Reviewing and working toward resolving nuanced legal claims, including (but not limited to) right of publicity, trademark, and copyright infringement matters; 2) Analyzing complex regulations, identifying risks, and developing effective strategies to ensure legal and regulatory compliance; 3) Communicating and collaborating directly with internal and external parties regarding Apple’s Content Dispute processes, providing guidance, instruction, and support where needed.
