The primary responsibility of this role is to serve as Managing Counsel in the BL group and handle complex consumer class actions, oversee and manage a wide range of pre-litigation and litigation matters, identify and develop customer-focused solutions and provide critical legal guidance and direction to business stakeholders. Reporting to the Vice President/Deputy General Counsel and will closely collaborate with the BL team, other Managing Counsel, and paralegals to achieve the best possible results in a cost-effective manner. This position is based at our North American headquarters in Plano, Texas. The selected candidate will be expected to reside within commutable distance of this location.
