Responsibilities: 1) Lead a global third-party compliance practice, overseeing a team of attorneys working across business segments, first- and second-line controls, and corporate functions; 2) Deliver actionable FCPA guidance to business leaders, sales teams, lawyers, and control owners; 3) Coordinate compliance engagements with our most strategic third-party sellers, with a focus on enhancing the breadth, depth, and maturity of their compliance programs; 4) Negotiate agreements to drive accountability for compliance commitments and improvements.
