You will provide legal advice and counsel to business partners on sophisticated investment transactions, including structured finance transactions (e.g., collateralized loan obligations). You will conduct legal reviews, identify issues, draft, review, and negotiate engagement letters, collateral management agreements, offering circulars, indentures, and other investment related documentation.
