As a Senior Attorney for John Deere located in Moline, IL, you will: 1) Provide advice and counsel to leadership, human resources and business units regarding a wide range of employment laws including joint employment, wage and hour, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, OWBPA, OSHA, Title VII, and WARN, company policies and practices; 2) Provide advice and counsel to human resources and business units on employment related policies, procedures, severance agreements, and other documents; 3) Manage all aspects of assigned claims and litigation matters, including administrative agency proceedings, with a focus on employment matters. Manage responses to third-party subpoenas and other regulatory matters as assigned.
