Reporting directly to the Associate General Counsel of Employment Law, the Senior Counsel, Employment Law, will play a central role in protecting and building this legacy. With a focus on the United States and Canada, the Senior Counsel, Employment Law will provide expert legal advice and counsel on all aspects of employment law, including labor relations, employee relations, workplace policies, and compliance. The role requires a proactive, solutions-oriented attorney with deep knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, particularly in the retail sector, and the ability to navigate complex legal challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
