What you’ll do:

-Develop strategies to protect the company from IP-related risks in furtherance of the company’s business goals.
-Oversee the company’s patent portfolio, including drafting, filing, and prosecuting patent applications to protect inventions.
-Manage the company’s trademark portfolio by setting strategy for conducting clearance searches, filing trademark applications, and enforcing trademark rights against infringement.
