eBay is seeking a highly skilled and collaborative lawyer to serve as Senior Counsel, Payments, supporting our thriving payments platform and our innovative financial services. You will provide strategic legal and regulatory advice on payments and financial services at eBay. You will counsel our business and compliance teams to ensure our platform remains compliant with applicable law, including US federal and state money transmission, anti-money laundering, and consumer protection laws and regulations. And you will lead our engagement with our U.S. financial regulators.
