You’ll make an impact by: 1) Managing response to a high volume of subpoenas and other formal and informal requests for data in the custody and control of Walmart. Responsibilities include frequent meet and confer meetings and negotiations of subpoena scope and ESI protocols with requesting parties; 2) Managing payment holds and responses to vendor garnishments, UCC liens, levies, and other similar third-party payment issues; 3) Providing legal counsel regarding responses to wage garnishments, pharmacy records requests, and other similar third-party matters.
