The Senior Counsel will provide assistance with company contracting and advice on data privacy issues. The Senior Counsel will identify and advise of risks related to business contracts and provide practical solutions to address identified risks in line with business needs. The Senior Counsel may also provide transactional and strategic legal advice regarding compliance and regulatory matters and will regularly interact with management and business partners.
