The scope of work will include contract drafting and negotiation; product development; regulatory, privacy, and compliance assessments; risk analysis; and support of the development and distribution of Commercial and SME Solutions offerings, particularly those supporting our healthcare vertical (including drafting and negotiating contracts, assessing privacy implications, and legal risk management related to B2B payment automation).
