As Senior Counsel - Environmental, Health & Safety, you will provide expert legal counsel on EHS requirements to ensure compliance in our sites' day-to-day operations. Key areas of focus include the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, Toxic Substance Control Act, Occupational Safety and Health Act, and the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals law in the European Union. You will also be a key legal partner to the Business Development team, leading EHS due diligence efforts on transactions.
