Responsibilities: 1) Provide legal counsel to clients throughout the organization on a variety of matters, including product liability, commercial litigation, and governmental investigations, from the claim stage to litigation and settlement; 2) Provide advice and counsel to businesses concerning litigation risk and how to mitigate that risk; 3) Provide a detailed understanding of the budgeting process and active management of legal spend on matters
