Responsibilities: 1) Acting as legal counsel to Corporate Development Mergers & Acquisitions and supporting business growth by advising on potential domestic and international mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions and initiatives; 2) Preparing detailed legal analysis in connection with potential strategic opportunities; 3) Providing legal services necessary to support global enterprise growth initiatives.
