Major Responsibilities: 1) Provide strategic and practical legal advice to the CVS Health business units and Human Resources partners on all relevant federal, state and local labor and employment laws and provide guidance based on an understanding of the business and priorities; 2) Manage employment-related claims and litigation; 3) Provide advice and counsel to business partners regarding risk mitigation strategies.
