The Intel Patent Litigation Group has an immediate opening for a senior litigation counsel. In this position, you will be reporting to the Director of Patent Litigation and will manage certain Intel patent litigation matters. You should possess a juris doctorate degree from an accredited institution, a license to practice law in at least one state in the United States, and at least eight years of experience as a full-time litigator in patent litigation. Trial experience in U.S. District Court, Federal Circuit, ITC, and/or Inter Partes Review practice is preferred.
