Essential Functions: 1) Advise on cross-functional effort to integrate recently acquired entities; 2) Support the company’s legal entity management operations globally, including legal entity formation, merger and dissolution processes, and ongoing compliance with local legal requirements; 3) Support the Board of Directors and its committees, including working cross-functionally to support the preparation of meeting materials and board books.
