The Sr. Counsel is an independent, business-minded, agile, healthcare-focused, technology, transactional and regulatory attorney who serves as a highly visible point of contact for a wide array of legal and business matters. Reporting to Managing Lead Counsel and working directly with several McKesson business teams, the Counsel possesses exceptional professional judgment and provides decisive day-to-day legal counseling and advice to all levels of the organization.
