The Sr. Director - Counsel – Litigation, Legal Policy & Strategy role is for a creative, curious, and strategic litigation attorney with impeccable judgment. The role will have a strong focus on affirmative litigation and other advocacy. This role will foster a legal and administrative environment that supports innovation and patient access to the medicines they need. This individual will be energized by a complex and evolving legal and regulatory environment that impacts the legal, compliance, and business challenges facing biopharmaceutical manufacturers. We’re seeking a collaborative professional who can effectively partner across legal and business functions, engaging with external collaborators as needed. Reporting directly to the Associate Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for Litigation, Government Investigations, Legal Policy & Strategy, this role plays a critical part in our legal team.
