As a Global Corporate Banking Attorney - Vice President, Assistant General Counsel within our Global Corporate Banking team, you will be part of a team that supports multiple industry segments. You will work with customer-facing bankers, underwriters and service personnel with respect to syndicated and bilateral lending transactions as well as deposit, cash management and payments products, regulatory and compliance issues affecting our line of business. You will also provide advice regarding new developments and products in our industries and markets and their impact to GCB and its clients.
