As a Technology Transaction Attorney - Assistant Vice President, Senior Counsel without our Technology Legal team. This junior attorney will focus on technology transactional works primarily for the firm’s Global Technology organization and the Consumer and Community Bank. The attorney in this role will handle the structuring, drafting, negotiation and analysis of agreements for the acquisition of global and domestic technology products and services, including but not limited to intellectual property licenses, outsourcing, software license/support and SaaS agreements.
