McCarter & English is actively seeking a 5th-6th year trademark associate who has trademark prosecution, licensing and litigation experience, as well as anti-counterfeiting and enforcement experience. The ideal candidate is a self starter who pays close attention to detail, can manage a busy trademark prosecution and enforcement practice and works well with others in a close group of attorneys, paralegals and staff.
