The well-regarded, Chambers ranked, Copyright, Music and Entertainment team at ArentFox Schiff seeks an attorney for its 4-6 year associate class, with experience negotiating and drafting agreements and managing transactions and other projects from start to finish. Candidates must have proficiency with copyright law, strong attention to detail, the ability to excel as a team member and independently and the vision to craft creative solutions to difficult problems. Experience licensing, buying and/or selling music or other intellectual property assets is essential. Work experience with music and entertainment matters is highly desirable.
