Here’s just some of what you’ll do in this role: 1) Provide legal counsel and strategic support on a variety of corporate governance matters and disclosure control processes, both at the American Express Parent level and within its subsidiary network; 2) Provide legal counsel and strategic support on a wide range of disclosure issues and corporate transactions; 3) Assist the Corporate Secretary in all corporate secretarial functions with respect to the American Express Company, the publicly traded parent company
